Your journey begins with Course One: Hydrogen Water, which includes a guided intake and an optional Body Scale body-composition reading to establish your baseline. Hydrogen Water is taken first by design — its small molecules need about 5-10 minutes to distribute and prepare the body before you move to the Ember Sauna & Herbal Tea. From there, the guided ritual continues through Sacred Mineral Water, the Crystal + PEMF Chamber, the Red Light Canopy, Solstice Grove, and finally the Crystal Café.
