Sessions may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your session.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and begin your visit without rush.
Late arrivals may shorten your session so we can honor the next guest’s time.
Group bookings are welcome; advance notice helps us prepare your spaces thoughtfully.

Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
No‑shows are charged the full session amount.
If you need to adjust your time, we’re happy to help you find another opening.

We collect only the information needed to book your visit and provide your services.
Your information is never sold or shared with outside companies.
Payment information is processed securely through trusted providers.
You may request to update or remove your information at any time.

Solstice BioSpa is a low‑impact, self‑guided wellness space. Please follow staff instructions at all times.
Some therapies may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider if needed.
Guests must be 18+ to use the spa unless otherwise noted.
Please keep phones on silent and limit photography to non‑treatment areas.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the comfort or safety of others.
