A DAY AT SOLSTICE
The Days Unfold Slowly
Arrival
- Settle into your room, exhale, and arrive in the pace of the place. The retreat opens with time to land, a shared meal, and an opening gathering that welcomes you into the weekend.
Immersion
- Your first full day begins with guided programming, mineral-water immersion, and time to move between structure and spaciousness. Shared meals, quiet pauses, and individually scheduled elements support a slower, more intentional rhythm.
Gathering
- As the retreat deepens, the focus turns toward community, ceremony, and a second experience of the spaces. This part of the weekend brings people together through shared practice, conversation, and evening reflection.
Return
- The final stretch makes room for integration. A closing practice, one last gathering, and time to depart without rushing help carry the experience home.
