Cancellation & Refund Policy
Day Visits & Single Sessions
Journeys, Crystal Chamber sessions, BioCore AI sessions, and classes: please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Retreats & Packages
Retreats, Stay & Restore escapes, and bundles: please cancel at least 7 days before your arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Venue Rentals
Sunstone Forum and group bookings: please cancel at least 14 days before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
