Solstice BioSpa is a wellness sanctuary offering restorative recovery experiences rooted in Soap Lake's ancient mineral water and modern recovery technology. Our services are intended for wellness support and personal recovery — not medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. This page explains how we approach guest safety, what to consider before booking, and what to disclose to our team.

Our Services Are Wellness Services

Solstice BioSpa provides wellness experiences including mineral water immersion, sauna therapy, sound therapy, red and near-infrared light therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, hydrogen water, robotic bodywork, and body composition analysis. These modalities are intended to support general wellness, recovery, and relaxation.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician or healthcare provider. If you have specific health concerns, questions about a medical condition, or symptoms that persist or worsen, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Before You Book — Please Consult Your Physician

Some of our modalities may not be appropriate for guests with certain conditions. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before booking if you:

Are pregnant or trying to become pregnant
Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any implanted electronic device
Have a serious cardiovascular condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of heart events
Have epilepsy, seizure disorders, or a history of seizures
Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment
Have a bleeding disorder or are on blood thinners
Have severe skin conditions, open wounds, or recent surgery
Have implanted metal or medical devices in the treatment area
Have any chronic medical condition or are taking medications that may be affected by heat, electromagnetic therapy, or other modalities

Intake and Disclosure

For your safety, every guest completes a brief health intake before their first Solstice experience, and our practitioners review this intake before every subsequent session. We ask that you disclose any medical conditions, medications, recent injuries, surgeries, allergies, or concerns that may affect your session.

You may decline any modality at any time. If a modality is not appropriate for your body that day, our team will offer suitable alternatives from within the Journey.

BioCore AI Therapy — Additional Notice

BioCore AI Therapy uses a supervised robotic precision recovery platform. Every session is calibrated by a trained practitioner in real time. Sessions are limited to 15 per day to protect quality. BioCore is not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, have recent injuries or surgeries in the treatment area, or have certain chronic conditions. Our team will review your intake and confirm suitability before every session.

No Medical Diagnostic Claims

The Hume Pod smart body composition scan provides information on body composition, hydration, and metabolic markers for wellness reference only. It is not a medical diagnostic device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. If your scan raises concerns, please consult your physician.

Hydrogen water, PEMF, red light therapy, mineral immersion, and all other modalities offered by Solstice BioSpa are provided as wellness experiences. We do not claim they treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or medical condition.

Individual Results Vary

Every body responds differently to recovery modalities. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, health benefit, weight change, or physical result from any Solstice BioSpa service. Testimonials or descriptions of guest experiences are individual reports and may not reflect what you personally experience.

Emergency Situations

Solstice BioSpa is not equipped to provide emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency during your visit, please notify our staff immediately. In life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
